UVA specialist offers tips to cut back or quit smoking
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va (WVIR) – Experts from the University of Virginia are working hard to help players get addicted.
Following hand to mouth contact, such as vapes or cigarettes, can help.
For example, some UVA patients are looking to stop smoking snack or chew toothpaste when they have a nicotine craving.
“One of the great things we recommend people to do is first, if they smoke in the house, they go outside. That’s the best way to cut the amount of smoke that you can,” said Neely Dahl, UVA tobacco treatment specialist.
Not smoking in the car can also help people stop trying.
A smoker says that any significant change in exercise can be done to cut back or exceed what it takes.
