Nicotine does not cause smoking related diseases, such as cancers and heart diseases. These are caused by other chemicals found in tobacco smoke. Nicotine is still addictive and therefore people continue to smoke even after knowing the harmful effects of tobacco. Nicotine in e-cigarettes provides little risk to adults who use it. To prevent accidental drugs in children, e-cigarettes and liquids are stored safely (as you would with household cleaning products and narcotics included NRT products).

How much dose you require will depend on how much dose you take from your cigarettes. Almost the same as with NRT, if you feel more nicotine than you used then you may feel nauseous or mild headache, both will pass quickly. You are in no danger of poisoning yourself, and chances are there have been no dose-attracting e-liquid.
Are you safe-smoking my cigarettes?
Yes. Experts estimate e-cigarettes are, from what we know so far, about 95% safer than cigarettes. Smoking is associated with many serious health risks to both the smoker and others around them. Therefore, smokers who pass from smoking tobacco to e-cigarettes substantially reduce the greater risk for health. Several studies have detected gas chemicals in e-cigarettes that are known to cause health problems. But these chemicals were found to be in the lowest levels, which is unlikely to represent a serious health risk. If overheated liquid tends to produce a pungent, unpleasant flavor, you’ll find out if this happens!
